Services
Four service lines, delivered independently or as a full planning engagement. Most clients begin with a single vector and expand once the first deliverable proves useful.
Market and Competitive Assessment
Where the opportunity actually is, and who already occupies it.
Includes market sizing and segmentation, competitive landscape mapping, positioning analysis, and an assessment of realistic entry points. The deliverable is a written assessment with the underlying data and sources, so you can interrogate the conclusions rather than accept them.
Typical use: validating a concept before committing capital, or repositioning after early traction stalls.
Business Model and Revenue Design
How the business makes money, and whether that mechanism holds under pressure.
Includes revenue model design, pricing structure and tiering, unit economics, margin analysis, and stress-testing against realistic downside cases. Where a model doesn't work, you'll be told plainly, along with what would need to change.
Typical use: pre-launch model design, or diagnosing why a growing business isn't generating cash.
Financial Projections and Budgeting
Numbers built from operating assumptions, not backfilled from a target.
Includes a multi-year financial model, operating budget, cash flow forecasting, scenario analysis, and clear identification of which assumptions the outcome is most sensitive to. Delivered as a working model you own and can update, not a static PDF.
Typical use: capital raising, lender requirements, or internal planning discipline.
Go-to-Market and Operational Planning
The plan for reaching customers and running the business that serves them.
Includes channel strategy and prioritization, launch sequencing, operational workflow design, resourcing requirements, and a first-ninety-days execution plan with defined milestones.
Typical use: translating a validated concept into an executable launch.
All work is project-based and delivered under a written consulting agreement. Fees are fixed-fee or retainer, agreed in advance. No hourly billing, no open-ended scope.
